Wiki Ambulatory center charges 62290 & others

FACILITY CHARGES TO MEDICARE FOR 62290 NON-PAYABLE AND ONLY PROVIDER PAID, I CAN FIND THAT BUT..... DOES ANYONE KNOW ABOUT COMBINATIIONS LIKE 64483/64484 WITH 77703 - SAME GOES FOR 27093 WITH 77003. WHY IS THE FACILITY NOT PAID ON THESE? THANKS

64483/66483 are paid by Medicare in an ASC---the 77003 is NOT

for the 27093--more than likely steroid is being injected as well, therefore you would use 20610 if thats the case.

62240--plain and simple--not allowed in an ASC setting

Could you tell me why 62290 is not considered at all in ASC's? thank you
