We do billing for an Ambulatory Surgery Center and all claims are getting denied when we charge for 27095, from what I see that code is a physician code only. We only do the billing for the facility. Does anyone know what the code would be for the Facility?
Thanks in advance!
Rob

27095 – Inj. for Hip Arthrogram w/anesthesia. The facility is not providing the injection itself so you bill for the arthrogram.

Thank you for the information. I usually code for physicians so this one threw me off. Makes perfect sense now that someone said what to code for.
