Hi everyone! Just a quick question-I have two docs who disagree:

If a pt is scheduled for an amenorrhea visit (normally a 99214, for dx 626.9) and upon chart review we realize she is also due for her routine FYE as well, are we allowed to bill for a routine visit 99395(99385 if new pt) for dx V72.31 in addition to the OV? (we put a 25 mod on the OV) Thanks for the feedback!
