Hi....we're (NJ providers) billing for spontaneous delivery before 39 weeks with O75.82 or O80 and Amerigroup is denying our claims as needing a high risk DX code. These patients have no complications, high risk factors, etc. Is anyone else having this issue and how do you get your claims paid. Help!!! Thank you.

HI questions were you able to find out the answer to this - I have the same denial patient delivery vag 38 weeks used O80 and Z3A.38 but Amerigroup is stating O80 is incorrect and another icd should be used
