I was wondering if anyone is doing injections with amniotic fluid (allograft) in an Ambulatory Surgery Center. I know Medicare will not pay an additional amount for the amniotic fluid, but I want to find out if other carriers pay separately for it. Also, I'd like to know what HCPCS II code is being used and what revenue code is being used. Thanks
