for "decision to obtain old records or obtain hx from other than patient" Can I use this to get a point if mother is giving history for thier young child?

Obtaining the history from the parent of a pediatric patient is not obtaining history from another source and no point should be awarded in the category. Because of the child's age, the parent has to give the history.
