Need someone thoughts on this one .
DX -Ichemic necrosis of the tip of toe.
Ptrocedure -Amputation of the distal portion of toe at the base of toenail
After local anesthetic in the regional block a blade was used to excise the distal portion of the toe , which i nonviable. Easily removed. NO open wound is present as this was in the process of toe amputating . Irrigation and antibiotic solution is followed
not much of a dictation , please any ideas , 97598?
