PA Collaborative Agreement vs Delegated Agreement
Effective: July 1, 2019

CT officially passed this bill and it goes into effect on July 1st as the the new bill defines a physician assistant’s (PA’s) relationship with a physician as collaborative instead of dependent, as under current law.

Does anyone know the specifics about this bill and how it may change/impact billing of PA's services in CT?
