Wiki Anal biopsy with exam and Colonoscopy

During a colonoscopy the surgeon felt a mass during the digital rectal exam portion. After he removed the scope he inserted an anal speculum and biopsied the mass. Path report confirms malignancy. This all happened during a screening colonoscopy on a patient with a family history of colon cancer. The entire mass was not excised just biopsied. I am having trouble deciding which code to use.
