Need help from my fellow GI Coders please ! Trying to find out the correct DX code for Anal Dyssynergia?

MD states in the note that patient "underwent rectal manometry that revealed type 2 anal dyssynergia with inability to generate adequate and sphincter relaxation."

I can't find a code specifically for "ANAL DYSSYERGIA" the closest code I find is K59.02 for Dyssernergic defecation?

Can anyone offer anything new information on this ?
