If a patient came in for eye exam due to blurred vision and was diagnosed with Anatomical Narrow Angle without glaucoma. Patient’s pressure was 9 in the left eye: 10 in the right eye, normal. Would H40.433 be used or would this be considered congenital anomaly? or Q13.2 Congenital Malformation of Iris NOS?
