A patient comes in complaining of fatigue so labs were ran & turns out the patient is Anemic. Anemia causing fatigue....would that be considered an acute illness with systemic symptoms? Or would it need to be something more severe such as anemia causing lightheadedness?

Fatigue affects the entire body so that would be a systemic symptom IMO.
