Anesthesia was used for this procedure. I am trying to determine the appropriate ASA code(s). Any help would be appreciated!
 
This code expired in 2021. Does anyone know what the current ASA ( anesthesia) code is for CPT 62304? Any help would be appreciated! Thank you
