Hello,
I am needing some assistance in researching whether a group of anesthesiologist/CRNAs would benefit from purchasing their own Anesthesia Machine and billing for this. My understanding is that this would be billed for a facility only and that a group of providers would not be able to receive reimbursement for such items. Would this be appropriate in any situation to purchase equipment and bill for in addition to an anesthesia case?
Any references from Medicare or Indiana insurances are immensely appreciated!
