Recently have accepted position with group providing specialty services for pain management, weight loss management, and most recently; a group of anesthesiologists have come aboard. (Am aware of existing rule of no cash payment for pain management group.)I am to be working with the anesthesiologist group... would like to hear from those who have come across difficult circumstances in coding for anesthesiology and rationales for resolution.
