I was wondering if anyone new the anesthesia value for 64461 and 64462, erector spinous postoperative pain block.

Per CPT Assistant, ESP blocks are reported with 64999.

I'm guessing you are asking for the RVUs for these procedures because the Anesthesiologists are performing blocks and not as an anesthesia service correct? The RVUs for 64461 are 1.75. For the Erector Spinae plane block, you would use 64999 per CPT Assistant January 2018 pg 7. The unlisted procedure does not have an RVU associated with it.
