Can anybody help me with a code for angioplasty and stent of innominate artery.

Appreciate any help on this one.

For the PTCA use 35475, stent would be 37205, to do both in same vessel must be medically necessary. Catheter placement is 36215 and you may have S & I codes 75960-26 & 75962-26 if documented.

I am assuming this was done percutaneously.
