Hello, would this be considered fine needle aspiration? 10021? Any help is appreciated. New to neurology. thank you :)

Procedure: A 22 gauge angiocath was inserted subcutaneously, and a syringe was used to aspirate the fluid collecting under the galea. Approximately 100cc of clear / brown fluid was aspirated, 4cc of which was sent for culture
