Pt had L&R heart cath with LV gram - 93461
also had Non selective LIMA angiogram - we've been told this is included in cath.
Is the L subclavian angiogram billable as 36215?
We have a coder who comes in one day a week and this is how she coded this procedure.
Thanks.

The LIMA injection is part of the heart cath (grafts), and it does not have to be selective injection of the LIMA. 36215 is also not billable.

I agree with Jim. The left subclavian selection/injection is part of the LIMA eval, and is not separately billable.

HTH :)
