Hello -

We need some help. Provider wants to bill the following:
36216
75710
75820-59
75600

There is a ncci edit for 75710 and 75820 which states the 75820 is inclusive to the 75710. Can someone tell me why? I have researched this and cannot find a rationale and not very experienced with this specialty. I want to make sure I can rationalize billing the 75820 separately.

If this is for the "venous phase" of an arteriogram (injection in an artery), that is not a separate procedure, and should not be separately billed. A venography will by definition include access and injection of a vein. Can you provide a report?
