Wiki Ankle Arthrotomy with Achilles lengthening

I am very new to this specialty of coding. I have surgeon that performed a:

Open arthrotomy and debridement, medial and lateral gutters.
Polyethylene exhange
Triple cut tendo achilles lengthening

I am for a loss on how to code this do I use 27612 for arthrotomy with achilles lengthening. There is also 27620 for arthrotomy and do I use another code for the lenghtening?
