My doc states he did ORIF of Epiphyseal fracture, distal tibia. He is calling this a triplane fracture or Salter-Harris type 2 and 3.

Anyone seen this before? I am leaning towards 27827.

he states there is distal anterior tibial fracture fragment with intraarticualr extension and a posterior distal tibial fracture fragment, both of which he used internal fixation.

I agree with 27827 but would also add 27758;
