Doc did a closed reduction for a Salter Harris II fx of the distal tibial metaphysis.
I am wondering if this should be coded (dx/cpt wise) as a medial malleolus fx? 824.0 with 27762?

or dx 823.80 FX Closed Unspec Part Tibia Alone with 27762?

Any assistance with coding these Salter Harris fractures would be greatly appreciated.
