My doc performed an ankle arthroscopy with debridement (extensive), ankle peroneal tendon repair, and peroneal retinacular recontruction- all separate incisions. I have codes 29898, and 27664. I know I need another code. I have been trying to figure out the coding for this operation since last week. Anyone have any suggestions for me?
