Wiki Ankle reconstruction using allograft

My doc repaired an ankle using modified Brostrom and an allograft. Doc says CPTs 27698 which I think is correct and 27638, which I don't think is correct. 27638 is for an allograft after removal of a cyst or tumor. Nothing was removed. Am I limited to only 27698 using an allograft rather than the pt's own peroneus tendon? Thanks.
