Our office is approaching its one year anniversary and I'm wondering if there are any requirements as to what we have to obtain from the patient on a yearly basis. We would like to eliminate as much paperwork as possible. Our thoughts were to have the patient simply initial their registration information if it is unchanged from the prior year. Does the HIPPA need to be reviewed by the patient annually? Would like to know what other offices do. Thanks so much!
