What is your process for doing annual wellness visits within your practice? Is there a portion that the nurses are doing and then the provider does the exam part?
I know that some are doing the welcome to medicare visit as a telehealth since it is more of a conversation. I appreciate any feedback that you can give. thank you in advance.

Our medical assistant does the vitals only and then the provider does the rest of the exam. We have not done any welcome to Medicare telehealth visits though.

Our providers do all but vitals , depression screening. He does review that but MA administers that, visual acuity when appropriate.
