Hello all,

I work for a provider group that sees patient in their home/ALF. Sometimes, when the providers are completing an annual wellness visit (G0439) they will also perform a minor procedure (11721, 69210, 20610, 17000, etc.) We are having a hard time getting these paid (Have sent claims to MN BCBS and MN Medica/UHC). Any insight is appreciated! I have tried to research it, but haven't been able to find much. I also tried looking it up in NCCI and didn't find it on my MAC's website (NGS).
