Good afternoon coding friends,

Below is another fistula! I just need help with the dx code.
Thanks a bunch:)

40 y/o female who unfortunately set herself on fire in 2015 with significant burn injuries. She had a G-tube that has since been removed. Since removal, she has been having issues with leakage. This causes severe burning.

Gastric-cutaneous*Fistula:
- No evidence of active peritonitis
- Has been following with burn center with multiple cauterization
- Will start routine PPI and lower acid levels in stomach and see if this helps her pain
- No fluctuance to suggest abscess
 
I'm leaning towards the default for cutaneous fistula L98.8, everything else seems to be from one internal organ to another. Even abdominal wall led to intestine which seems way off.
