:confused: These attempted procedures really confuse me. Physician performed antegrade pyelogram and made several unsuccessful attempts to place a nephrostomy tube. Can I bill the antegrade pyelogram and also a reduced fee for the attempted tube placement? Or is it correct to only bill the pyelogram? Thanks.
