Wiki another physician administering injections

I have a question that is a little mind boggling and need an answer. There are two Family Practice Physicians in the same building but practice out of different offices. Patients are being seen in one of the offices for a particular problem but this particular physician does not feel comfortable administering joint injections. The patients are being sent over to the other Family Practice physician for the joint injections. Is this billable and how? Or maybe the other physician must go to the priamry practice and administer there?

the second physician bills for the injection (based on the site) plus imaging guidance (if used) plus the drug administered (J codes)

As long as they do not work under the same group, the second provider can just charge for the injection.
