Hello here is my question:

My doctor accessed the Brachial Artery in both antegrade & retrograde fahsion, exactly how do I code this?:confused:

It would be helpful to see the actual verbage used in the report. The retro access is 36120 but there is no code for a antegrade access to the brachial artery that I know of. Perhaps it was a component of a more extensive procedure?
