Hey everyone, just wanted to ask how other cardiology offices are billing INR/coumadin management. I know there are two CPT codes 99363 and 99364 which are supposed to be for anticoagulation mgmt but neither of them are on Medicare's fee schedule. Currently we are billing G0250, MD review and interpret of test for our pt's on home INR testing but it doesn't reimburse very much, especially considering the amt of time the nurse is on the phone calling in adjustments on the coumadin. Anyone else getting pymt for 99363 or 99364?
