Are there comparable HPCS codes for reimbursement through Novitas Texas for codes 99363 and 99364. These two codes are not allowed on the fee schedule. I do not have my latest HPCS book to research if there is a comparable code for anticoagulant therapy management without a face to face visit - reviewing labs, adjusting medication, ordering labs, etc.
