We have a Coumadin Clinic in the office and we have been charging for the INR, as well as a level 2 office visit, as they are seen by our extenders. Now it looks like Medicare is not paying for the Level 2 office visit, but just the INR charge. I cannot find anywhere on Medicare where this has changed. Has anyone heard of these changes?
