anxiety due to depression

The physician has documented "anxiety due to depression". In review of Coding Clinic, they only link the two condition using "with".

Is "due to" enough to link anxiety with depression to code 300.4?

Yes that is enough to put the two together with code 300.4. We just had a review on this last week.
