My ENT doctor has starting performing endoscopic sinus surgery using the balloon to open the ostium. We have been billing this type of sinus surgery with the main FESS codes. Now he is considering using a sinus stent. Is anyone else out there billing for the use of stents in a sinus? Any help at all would be great! I have searched CPT and ENT websites and not found anything useful yet. Thanks so much!
