Does anyone know if there are any changes between the ICD 10 2014 and the ICD 10 2016?

No changes in th codes at all. However re is a clarification that was added to the 2015 guidelines, but you can get that online.

new ICD 10 code books
So essentially we don't need to get new ICD 10 codes books if we download the updated guidelines? I just got off the phone with our supplier & she insisted there were coding changes and we should get at least one 2015 book. I have a 2014 draft. Thank you.
