Is there any place near to folsom, CA where they take fresh coding professionals. ?
Or do you any suggestion about how will I get some experience?
No one is ready to take me because of the lack of hands on experience?
Any suggestion?

Try any military treatment facilities near you, Indian Health Services, the prison system, and the VA. These facilities do take newly certified coders, but it will depend on your resume and the coding supervisor who reviews your application. Good luck to you.
