ICD-10 does not have a conversion to the below code. Any suggestions?
Cannot find crosswalk to this code anywhere, or any guidance as to how to denote the 37 weeks or more. We are currently recommending providers to code the medical issues/Symptoms.

Not sure from your code what exactly you are going for but it looks like it would be under the P category

Because the definition of prematurity is birth prior to 37 completed weeks of gestation, birth at 37 weeks or more is not classified as a disorder in ICD-10-CM. Hope that helps.
