I would check with the doctor, I know in my practice this is an abbreviation the docs use for ischemic cardiomyopathy. IF this is what your providers medan the code would be 414.8. ICD index look up ischemia then cardiomyopathy.
Please double check with the provider if this is how he/she is using this term.
