Wiki Anyone being denied incorrectly by Fidelis for Heart Stents?

Just wondering if anyone else is having trouble with Fidelis incorrectly denying Heart Stents Placed in separate coronary arteries and each billed with a separate modifier as duplicates? Example 92928 (LC) 92928 (LD) 92928 (RC)

Just taking a pole as I have been appealing some claims for over a year.
