Wiki Anyone billing HAP Senior Plus at Home Health Care

I have several denials of HAP Senior Plus claims. I bill at a Home Health Care and follow PDGM. HAP is NO help as all the error messages say "invalid information, correct and reprocess". The Claims dept has no deeper information. I bill other Medicare Advantage plans with no problem.

Anyone else bill HAP ?
