My surgeon did a replacement of aortic root and ascending aorta with 27-29 mm aortic valve conduit that was contained in a gel weaveValvsalva graft and reimplantation of coronary artery buttons. I am using 33863 for the root and ascending aorta replacement but I'm uncertain what to use for the reimplant of coronary buttons.... CPT takes me to 33783 for reimplantation of coronary ostia but I REALLY do not think this is where I need to go... HELP!
