Wiki Aorto-iliac graft thombectomy, bilateral femoral thrombectomies

Simultaneously both the right and the left iliac limbs were thrombectomized using the thrombectomy catheter.

How would you code this bilaterally?
If it states the graft was repaired w gore-tex sutures, does not qualify for revisions does it?

If the bypass was repaired with graft then yes, that would be a revision. Make sure you capture your thrombectomy as well.
