The CMS website is a great resource for PPS updates and public use data files. (I'm putting some direct links below, because I know some people find the CMS website difficult to navigate.)

Outpatient PPS 2023 proposed rule and data files are at this link. (There isn't a Final Rule yet - the comment period ends September 13th): https://www.cms.gov/Medicare/Medicare-Fee-for-Service-Payment/HospitalOutpatientPPS
