If the doctor does not suture the Apligraf but applies a wrap to hold the graft in place can you still code out a 15340 for the placement?

I would lean toward no. My reasoning is based on the guidelines for Application of Skin Replacements and Skin Substitutes (heading for 15040 series codes or p.69 professional edition). They added new text this year with states "These codes are not intended to be reported for simple graft application alone or application stabilized with dressing."
