Wiki Appeal an edit

Does anyone have any advice on appealing a medicare NCCI edit? I would like to appeal the edit itself. I have tried appealing a particular claim and taken it to the independent contractor but all they keep stating is the reason for Medicare edits and not actually reading my appeal. A whole group of edits were created that bundled a certain procedure with hysterectomy codes. ACOG and AUGS worked diligently to have them reversed. The only problem is they didn't reverse all of them. There is a group of hysterectomy codes that is only varied by weight of the uterus and whether or not the tubes and ovaries are removed. If one was reversed in this group they all should. I spelled this out to the T, along with many other facts and supporting documentation, on my appeal and all I get in response is that is it was included in another service billed on the same day and a whole spiel about what edits are and how and why they are used.
If anyone has any advice I would greatly appreciate the help.
