I was reading the Kudos section of the March 2008 Coding Edge and there is a section on appealing refund requests. It states that unless a refund request is accompanied with a copy of the check and a list of required information, it doesn't have to be refunded. Does anyone know where I can find printed information that may explain this in detail?
