I need som help with coding this scenario please. The op procedure reads: Laparoscopic drainage of intraabdominal appendiceal abscess.
In my CPT I am unable to find a laparscopic appendiceal abscess. I did find the 44900, but this says open. Does anyone have any suggestions how I might code this procedure?
